We make life easier for you!
Did you know that you can now pay your rent online?
It's fast, easy, and secure, so why wait? Below, you'll find some information on how to get started and a few reasons why so many others have already made the switch!
Have you ever looked at a calendar and suddenly realized that your rent was due that day? Or worse yet, that it was due a few days ago and that it was now late? With online rent payments, these concerns are a thing of the past.
Simply hop on your computer and in just a few minutes, your rent is paid! And this is in addition to not having to write checks, address envelopes, or find /buy stamps.
In a world where online financial predators seem more and more common, we understand if you have reservations about entering your card information online. But fear not! Your information is password protected and all transactions are both encrypted and securely transmitted.
What is your refund policy?
Any Refunds for this payment are to be requested from Greenco and not through Worldpay. If a refund is due we will only refund once cleared funds have been received from Worldpay and once it had been agreed by Greenco that a refund is due to you. A refund is not due to you if you have paid a holding deposit for a property to let and you decide you no longer wish to rent the property or you fail the necessary credit checks. Please note that all transactions take approximately 3-5 working days to clear our account and until all funds are cleared no refunds can be made.
What if my card is refused?
Cards are not refused by Greenco but by your bank or card issuer. There could be many reasons this may happen and we suggest you contact your card issuer in the first instance if you incur a problem with your payment being declined.
Can I have a receipt?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation of your payment on your screen after you make the payment. This will display your unique transaction number. You will also receive an email confirming the payment has been successful.
Please note: if you use a credit card, 2% will be deducted from the amount paid.
