We put our clients first at Greenco. Whether a tenant or a landlord, we know that people work and have family commitments, and therefore scheduling viewings needs to be flexible and realistic. From the point of enquiry, we work to arrange viewings within 48 hours, and arrange these at a time to suit the client – not our office hours. Tenant matching

This is not to say that we match any tenant to any property. What’s important to us is that our tenants feel like they have been well placed in their new homes, and that our landlords feel confident that their property will be properly cared for by the person taking up residence.

In order to ensure all of this, we take time to get to know our tenants, and make sure that all applications are fully referenced via an independent reference agency. Our partners verify everything from identification to income, and employment to eligibility.
